Audrey L’Espérance is an Assistant Professor of Health and Social Services Management at École nationale d’administration publique (ÉNAP) in Montreal. At the intersection of clinical, professional and research environments, she has worked on evaluative research projects and developed management practices that emphasize partnerships with patients and the public in several areas of health and social services. She is currently pursuing a research program on the recognition and integration of citizen’s knowledge in decision-making in health and social services.
