Description
Carolyn MacPhail has been the Health PEI Manager of Chronic Disease Prevention and Management for the past 9.5 years. Prior to that she spent close to 30 years in various positions including physiotherapist in both public and private practice, rehabilitation health planner for the Northwest Territories, and Health PEI Provincial Stroke Coordinator. In 2016 Carolyn completed a Master of Health Studies through Athabasca University. Carolyn loves to golf and to spend time with her two daughters and her three grandchildren.
