Kathleen is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute for Health System Transformation & Sustainability, located in British Columbia, Canada.
She has an extensive background spanning more than 3 decades in health care leadership and brings a wealth of experience to her role. Her career within the BC health authorities has been dedicated to enhancing community-based services such as primary care, chronic disease, and improving home health service delivery and the quality of long-term care. Kathleen’s expertise extends to the government sector, where she spent 3 years as a Strategic Advisor for the Community Care services. She holds an MBA and an MHA along with a range of other certifications that contribute to her strategic system thinking and a passion for improving access and quality across the system.
