John Joseph is Tuscarora Nation Bear Clan, and the owner and self-taught chef of Skū Náh Café, a diabetic focused eatery in Six Nations of the Grand. John hopes to contribute his ideals on ancestral vs traditional eating, and gain a deeper understanding of diabetes education to take home to my community.
